A good farmer is nothing more nor less than a handy man with a sense of humus.
The consumption rate depends on the cultivated crop, on the soil type, and on the technology you are using. All iGrow® products can be applied to all types of food and industrial crops.
We recommend using the following rates for reference:
- Seed dressing, seeds soaking: 0.4–0.75 liters of liquid iGrow labels per tonne of seeds, or 100–150 grams of powder iGrow labels per tonne of seeds;
- Foliar treatment – 0.4–0.75 liters of liquid iGrow labels, or 100–150 grams of powder iGrow labels per hectar;
- Drip irrigation – standard concentrations applied once in every ten days (for greenhouse scenarios) or according to schedule (for the open field).
Be adviced that you should first dilute the iGrow in water and only then add the solution to a tank mix with a pH of 5.5 or lower.
Most of iGrow labels can be used either as a standalone solution or in combination with other agrochemicals and mineral fertilizers.
What characterizes all organic fertilizers is their tendency to develop bacteria and fungi thanks to their high-nutrient environment. In other words, they are highly prone to fermentation problems.
Therefore, the recommended no more than 48 hours at + 20 degrees storage life of a iGrow working solution with a concentration of 0.02–0.03 %.
Solutions up to 12 % can withstand long-term storage.
The product shall be diluted to a working concentration right before use.
iGrow labels can be used together with complex solutions of any mineral fertilizers and plant protection agents.
Thanks to the absence of any insoluble residue, the product is perfectly suitable for use in drip irrigation as well as for medium- and low-capacity spraying systems.
Our products help plants to adapt to drought and extreme heat. Nonetheless, be advised that iGrow preparations neither remedies the shortage of water, nor take provide protection from heat.
What iGrow do is minimizing the impact of stress on the plant, thereby reducing yield losses. The chemical and biological properties of the formulation are not affected by the climate insofar as the product’s thermo- and photolability are concerned. During production, its active ingredients undergo a much more severe heat treatment.
The general rule for foliar feeding using Igrow mixed with fertilizers or plant protection products in extreme heat and drought conditions is to apply them in the evening or morning hours.
Unlike most leonardit and peat derived humates, iGrow contains a complex of fulvic acids as well as essential micronutrients. iGrow is a product of accelerated humification of modified lignin. it is not a physical mixture of nutrients. Rather, it is a molecular blend that can easily be absorbed by plants. The addition of organic components makes uptake even more effective.
All iGrow labels are 100% water soluble. You can use them with no risk of clogging the nozzles even without prior filtration. The dry powdered products, however, need to be diluted in water before adding them to the working solution mix. The liquid iGrow labels can be added to the tank mixture immediately before irrigation.
It is important to remember that if you use overconcentrated (over 1%) iGrow solutions for your treatments, this may put a short-term stress on the flora, which may, in this case, require extra irrigation (flushing) to prevent negative effects.
